Living Room Refurbishment

SW5

We had the task of opening up the back of the house as part of the refurbishment which, required some significant structural works involved in knocking together two rooms, including fitting a fabulous set of slim profile sliding doors.

Ground Floor Extension SW4 (Ongoing)

Our build department removed and extended an existing rear extension. The previous kitchen / living area was cold and difficult to heat, due to limited insulation.

The new kitchen / living area is fully insulated with underfloor heating to resolve this issue. Full width Slimline aluminium slide and pivot doors allow the space to open out fully to the rear garden creating an amazing entertaining environment and dream living space. An additional sky light to the kitchen helps to add yet more light and provide additional height to the space.

SW11

A full refurbishment including a ground floor rear extension, loft conversion and basement excavation in a Victorian terrace house in Clapham.

The focus was to create a contemporary design but retain many of the original features. It was also key to our client that we improve the amount of light coming into the property, to convert it from a slightly dark property to a light, bright and airy home. This was achieved by opening up the spaces and using glass both externally and internally to allow light to travel through the house.

An internal reconfiguration of  four floors creating generously proportioned space, for family life and entertaining guests.

The intention behind this project was to create a trio of living spaces with a continuous flow from the front to the rear of the house. The client's brief was for each room to have its own character and purpose yet to feel seamlessly interconnected.
